A BAVARIAN CLASSIC, MADE IN TEXAS
We brew this "liquid bread" with a rare, old world method using open fermentation vessels. This unique process gives our unfiltered beer very distinctive aromas and flavors of clove and banana with a hazy, golden pale appearance. The low hop character is desined to let the yeast and wheat malt really shine through. A true South German-style Hefeweizen...brewed a lot closer to home!
